June 2017 Photo Shoot

Thank you to Mano Photo and thank you Brandon, Elias, Kristan, and Christine for helping out Composure Freediving. We had great weather and water conditions to get some great shots.

April-June 2017

We have had several classes this spring and early summer in 2017! Here are some of the pics that I managed to gather. More to come soon!

2017 March

After a week of rain and a small S-SW swell that rolled I had hoped some clean water...and I (we) got it! The first day was a bit "iffy" but after going a bit deeper we found some decent water. The next day the water was flat and whale approved. My students were eager to learn and were stoked when they overcame obstacles and met new personal bests.

Congrats guys you know you deserved it (no luck of the Irish needed).

2017 January

Off to a great start with some strong students! Our confined water session could not have been more perfect. Both students were comfortable in the water, determined, and caught on fast. More pictures and comments to come over the next week.

Whale Season

 

Being able to train in the open water year round is such a blessing. Diving in blue clean water while hearing and seeing whales makes you feel part of it all. It's one thing to have this moment of time to think back on but it's another to have it on video! Here's to a great 2017!
